The cross-fertilisation of cultures (esp UK-India) to increase the quality of human life

Some of my favourite things that I have a sense we could do as well to embrace here (in the UK/West) like they have embraced in India, to a significant degree, at some stage in history:
  • Efficent use of resources
  • Communitarian spirit
  • Buddhism
  • Love of railways
  • Vasectomies
Some of my favourite things in the UK/West that I'd like to share, to a significant degree, with India:
  • Upholding the dignity and rights of all individuals, regardless of birth;
  • Restorative Justice
  • iPhones
  • Individualised Psychological Insights as a basis for identifying (and living to the full) the central myth of your life.
  • Average salaries which leave enough diposably income to easily be able to afford to support a kindergarten for 30 children in India, such that those at the bottom of the caste system get a chance of a decent education, as advocated by their leader, Dr Ambedkar.
